CME/CNE & CEU REGISTRATION
CME REGISTRATION
In order to obtain Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, you must be registered for the Pain Care Skills Training by 4 AUGUST 2025.
BEFORE TRAINING
- Participants cannot access or register for CME until 30 days before the conclusion of the training (July 21).
- Participants MUST register for CME credits BEFORE the Training.
- If you do not already have a NAVY or ARMY CME account, you must create one by filling out the “Create a CME Account” sheet and return to Carla Labuguen (email below).

- Participants MUST save their Username & Password to receive CME credits after the Training. NCPRI will not be able to retrieve them for you, that can only be done by contacting NAVY CME directly.
- If participants already have a NAVY or ARMY CME account, use that account to go in and register for this activity.
- You must manually type in the Activity Number. DO NOT cut and paste as the system will not recognize the characters when pasted.
- Email instructions will be sent prior to the Training in order to enter each workshop.

To receive CME credits, this year you must register separately if you intend to do both the pre-recorded plenary sessions and the workshops (see below).
For Plenary Sessions: (can be viewed any time at your leisure, but to receive credit must submit CME sheet by December 31, 2027)

DURING TRAINING
- Each Virtual Workshops CME sign-in sheet will be posted in the respective individual workshop materials password protected page. The link and password will be provided to the participants during each workshop. You must complete the workshop sign-in sheet and return to Daniela Spitalsky, daniela.k.spitalsky.ctr@health.mil or dha.bethesda.wrnmmc.mbx.pain-skills-training@health.mil
- Each In-person Workshop CME sign-in sheet will be provided by the instructor to the participants during each workshop. You must complete the workshop sign-in sheet and the workshop instructor will return it to Daniela Spitalsky.
AFTER TRAINING
- Once the workshop is completed, the CME system will automatically remove the activity from the “list of activities” being offered.
- There will be 2 different surveys, one overall Training survey that will be sent to you by Rose Li and Associates or the NCRPI Team. The other will be in the CME system and will need to be completed to retrieve your CME certificate. Please DO NOT confuse the 2 different surveys.
- If you have not done so already, download the workshop sign-in sheet and return to Daniela Spitalsky, daniela.k.spitalsky.ctr@health.mil or dha.bethesda.wrnmmc.mbx.pain-skills-training@health.mil by 15 August 2025. Virtual workshop SIGN-IN SHEETS will NOT be accepted after Friday, August 15. In-person workshop SIGN-IN SHEETS must be filled out while onsite after each workshop. The Plenary Session Enduring Material is available through December 31, 2027.
CME Credits will not be available until approximately the 2nd week in October, however you will receive an email from the CME system once your credits have been added and you can move forward with retrieving your certificate. Please do not expect CME before this time.

CEU REGISTRATION
CEU Credits
CEU credits requires BOTH the CEU Sign-In Sheet and Course Evaluation to be filled out and returned to Carla Labuguen for the Plenary Sessions and your Virtual Workshop(s).
Both of these documents will be available for download within the Virtual ZoomGov Workshop sessions and in-person during the day of the trainings. Plenary Session CEU Sign-In Sheet and Course Evaluation will be available to download from your registration confirmation.
Please note – CEU Credits are available if the Pre-Recorded Plenary Sessions are accessed from August 12-15, 2025; not all plenary sessions offer CEU Credits. CEU credits are only available when participating in the workshops in real time on the day of the training. Virtual workshop sign-in sheets and course evaluation forms are due on August 15, 2025; In-person workshop sign-in sheets will be provided in-person and must be filled out by the end of the workshop. Additionally, these CEU credits are ONLY available for LCSWs. LPCs and CADCs accepted, HOWEVER you will need to check and confirm with your state board. Social Work CEUs may count, but each state makes their own determination. Please check before expecting CEUs for this training. This training will not be responsible if your state does not accept our Social Work CEUs.
A total of 7.25 total credit hours are pending approval for this Training.

AFTER TRAINING
The virtual CEU Sign-In Sheet and Course Evaluation Form must be completed and returned to Carla Labuguen NLT 15 AUGUST 2025 1600 PST. The in-person CEU Sign-In Sheets must be filled out by the end of the workshop. Sign-In Sheets and Course Evaluation Forms will NOT be accepted after this date.
There is an additional survey what will be sent out via email to you by Rose Li and Associates. Please complete the survey evaluation as your responses are important to the future planning of this Training.
