CME REGISTRATION
In order to obtain Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, you must be registered for the Pain Care Skills Training by 4 AUGUST 2024.
BEFORE TRAINING
- Participants cannot access or register for CME until 30 days before the conclusion of the training (July 13).
- Participants MUST register for CME credits BEFORE the Training.
- If you do not already have a NAVY or ARMY CME account, you must create one by filling out the “Create a CME Account” sheet and return to Carla Labuguen (email below).

- Participants MUST save their Username & Password to receive CME credits after the Training. NCPRI will not be able to retrieve them for you, that can only be done by contacting NAVY CME directly.
- If participants already have a NAVY or ARMY CME account, use that account to go in and register for this activity.
- You must manually type in the Activity Number. DO NOT cut and paste as the system will not recognize the characters when pasted.
- Email instructions will be sent prior to the Training in order to enter each workshop.
To receive CME credits, this year you must register separately if you intend to do both the pre-recorded plenary sessions and the workshops (see below).
For Plenary Sessions: (can be viewed any time at your leisure, but to receive credit must submit CME sheet by December 31, 2025)

DURING TRAINING
- Each Virtual Workshops CME sign-in sheet will be posted in the respective individual workshop materials password protected page. The link and password will be provided to the participants during each workshop. You must complete the workshop sign-in sheet and return to Troy Spencer at troy.j.spencer.ctr@health.mil or dha.bethesda.wrnmmc.mbx.pain-skills-training@health.mil
- Each In-person Workshop CME sign-in sheet will be provided by the instructor to the participants during each workshop. You must complete the workshop sign-in sheet and the workshop instructor will return it to Troy Spencer.
AFTER TRAINING
- Once the workshop is completed, the CME system will automatically remove the activity from the “list of activities” being offered.
- There will be 2 different surveys, one overall Training survey that will be sent to you by Infinity Conference Group or the NCRPI Team. The other will be in the CME system and will need to be completed to retrieve your CME certificate. Please DO NOT confuse the 2 different surveys.
- If you have not done so already, download the workshop sign-in sheet and return to Troy Spencer, troy.j.spencer.ctr@health.mil or dha.bethesda.wrnmmc.mbx.pain-skills-training@health.mil by 23 August 2024. Workshop SIGN-IN SHEETS will NOT be accepted after Friday, August 23. The Plenary Session Enduring Material is available through December 31, 2025.
CME Credits will not be available until approximately the 2nd week in October, however you will receive an email from the CME system once your credits have been added and you can move forward with retrieving your certificate. Please do not expect CME before this time.
