Due to the changes that occurred during Covid 19 and continued interest in a virtual options for this training from August 12-13, 2025, the interactive workshops will be available via ZoomGov. The in-person training session will take place from August 19-20, 2025, for NCR locals and some travelers across the military healthcare system. The following information is relevant to those registered participants who are NOT LOCAL and will be attending the in-person workshops.

Hotel Information
For your convenience, a modest block of rooms at per diem $183 per night, will be held for registered attendees at this property. Rooms are first-come, first-served before the reservation cut-off date: Thursday, July 17.

All reservations for rooms must be secured using a major credit card. In order to avoid any penalty charges, please make sure to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to 11:59 PM local time the day of arrival. Make sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel.
If you are tax exempt: Please fill out the Tax Exemption Form and provide at the hotel front desk when checking into the hotel.
Please be advised that all attendees are responsible for their own hotel charges, including taxes and incidentals. It is also the attendees’ responsibility to make and/or cancel room reservations as necessary, and any cancellation fees that may apply. In the event of a no-show, one night’s room charge will be applied on the day of arrival. We kindly request attendees to be mindful of reservation deadlines, possible room changes, and potential fees.

Any requests for a late check-out should be made directly with the hotel at check-in by the guest.
The last day to make hotel reservations is Thursday, July 17 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. After this date, group rate rooms may only be reserved on a space and rate availability basis and are not guaranteed.
