All reservations for rooms must be secured using a major credit card. In order to avoid any penalty charges, please make sure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before 11:59 PM local time on the day of your arrival. Make sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel. 

If you are tax exempt: Please fill out the Tax Exemption Form and provide at the hotel front desk when checking into the hotel.

Please be advised that all attendees are responsible for their own hotel charges, including taxes and incidentals. It is also the attendees’ responsibility to make and/or cancel room reservations as necessary, and any cancellation fees that may apply. In the event of a no-show, one night’s room charge will be applied on the day of arrival. We kindly request attendees to be mindful of reservation deadlines, possible room changes, and potential fees.

Check-in time: 3:00 P.M.
Check-out time: 12:00 P.M.
Any requests for a late check-out should be made directly with the hotel at check-in by the guest.

The last day to make hotel reservations is Wednesday, July 31 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. After this date, group rate rooms may only be reserved on a space and rate availability basis and are not guaranteed.
